Winproved software is designed for your business type. The Paint software electronic estimates are only for a paint/powerwash company. Each module serves it's vertical market. Making it very simple to understand and use.
Our mission is to give out clients all the electronic power they need and want. Our clients should not need to use any other applications to run their business. This also sets us apart as we take suggestions from our clents, and build what is truly wanted.

Winproved is an actual app that works on your IOS device. There are a few instances where the app uses the web to perform certain functions.
This is a free will use system. Your monthly fee gives you access to all the features for up to 5 sign in users. These users are a combination of the administrator and employees that will use the system to clock in and out of jobs. You can end your subscription at any time. All the data in the system for your accounts will be delivered to you in electronic format.
The system is an application that runs on IOS technology. You will need and iPad to perform every function. Some items are designed to work with web access; such as time cards. The employees will use the web platform to enter clocking in and out. This design allows us to add features quickly as it will only pertain to a small set and not the entire system that everyone is using.
This application was built by a contractor for contractors. We welcome all input as to any suggestion that could make it better. We will weigh it out and respond to you on a decision to move forward or not. This application is not meant to have everything. It was built to have what is needed. Stay easy to use and quick to change if needed.
An email account will be needed on the device where the administrator (company owner) performs work. This is how electronic estimates will be sent to your clients. Our application will make a PDF of the estimate and use your email to send the estimate to that client. Other features such as notifying a potential client that the 30 day period to accept your estimate is about to expire will work through email.
Each version is specific to its company type because of the Estimates. The software will only have items that are for your type of business to make your estimating on target and fast.Winproved gives you what you need and not a bunch of buttons that you will never use.
